Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11 amβ9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Bambino's New York Style Pizzeria at (706) 814-6404; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Unassuming pizza joint next to an old gas station on the outside but once you set foot inside you are transformed to a space that is a mix of NY Pizzeria meets a NY diner. The restaurant is lined with classic New York memorabilia and there is booth seating as well as bar seating. I ordered two slices and while i hesitate to compare this to NY pizza due to not being thin or crispy, it was still decent pizza. They also have a large menu with many other Italian specialities. Give it a try if you are in the area! Very reasonable prices.

I ordered two slices of pizza, one pepperoni and one cheese, and I have to say this was the worst pizza Iβve ever had. The slices were almost all cheese with barely any crust or bread underneath. They were extremely greasy and tasted like frozen pizza that had been reheated. Iβve lived in several places, including the tri state area, and this is nothing like authentic New York pizza. It may be someoneβs idea of Georgia pizza, but it definitely isnβt New York pizza. I was genuinely shocked by what I received. It was a complete waste of money, and unfortunately, I wonβt be coming back. Itβs actually very unappealing and unacceptable for businesses to give this kind of quality food to people.

Walking into Bambinoβs New York Style Pizzeria feels like stumbling onto a cozy neighborhood slice shop where they still believe in big, messy, satisfying pizza. The smell of fresh-baked dough and melted cheese hits you the second you walk through the door. I came in hoping for a simple lunch, and what I got was a solid, filling meal and a comfortable little atmosphere. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza and a side order of wings. The slice was big and generously topped β the crust had a nice crunch, foldable like a real New York slice, and the cheese stretched just right. The wings were a welcome bonus: crispy enough, with seasoning that hit the spot (though if you like extra spice or sauce, you might want to ask for a little more). The portions donβt mess around β everything felt hearty and meant for sharing or for a hungry appetite. That kind of generosity goes a long way, especially when youβre not trying to overthink it, just want good comfort food. What felt most genuine here was the vibe. The staff greeted me with a friendly βhelloβ and some helpful recommendations. The place isnβt fancy β seating is a bit close, and parking has its quirks β but that adds to the charm. It f

Pizza was super greasy with no flavor, I couldnβt even pick up a slice without the bottom of it falling off because of the grease. Chicken tenders are the consistency of rubber. Fried mozzarella, again, tasted like straight grease and was soggy even being fresh, the marinara sauce is watery as well. The βcheese breadβ was alright just pizza dough with cheese on it and sliced up. The fries were the best thing, in my opinion.
